Then, Cline authored a 63-yard drive that was abetted by a few defensive penalties by Creekview (5-5, 4-3). Cline barged into the end zone on a 2-yard quarterback keeper with 46 seconds left in the third quarter.
RICHARDSON – It was a strange moment for quarterback Christian Cline. Here he was in victory formation Friday, taking a knee with his team moments away from suffering a 14-10 loss to Carrollton Creekview. But the long-term goal was in reach. And seconds later, the clock struck zero at Eagle-Mustang Stadium and Richardson had advanced to the postseason for the first time since 1992.
